Abstract

This report summarises the work completed by the Group of Energy Efficiency Researchers (GEER) Australia under the Energy Equity Work Program – Phase 2, for the Energy Ministers’ Meeting (formerly the Council of Australian Governments Energy Council). It starts by contextualizing the work based on Phase 1 findings. It then presents a summary of the four reports comprising Phase 2 and concludes by outlining the scope of work required for Phase 3.
