Abstract
This is the second thread of The Darling Exchange (the first thread was published in 'TEXT Prose and Poetry April 2025’, TEXT 29.1). The Darling Exchange is a collaborative collection of sudden writing springboarding from the ubiquitous ‘Kill your darlings’ writing advice. It has resulted in a rich and exciting quasi-collaboration of writers riffing off each other’s discarded material, breathing new life into lost lines and braiding their creativity together.
