Abstract

The notion of creativity is a Rorschach blot into which a great deal is read. With a range of connotations that sit proudly as democratic ideals - Freedom, autonomy, collaboration, renewal, expression, communication - it is little wonder creativity is invoked across numerous trigger points for public debate and policy.
