Abstract

Engaging in critical reection of professional or clinical practice is an important component of health professional practice and is linked to improved quality of care (Baird & Winter 2005). Engaging in e"ective self-re!ection can be challenging, and this paper describes the use of video as a strategy to enhance the development of professional and clinical skills in physiotherapists through self-re!ection combined with peer review.
